Spirals are found everywhere in nature. From the macrocosm of
DNA and chrystalline growth to the vastness of Galaxies, spirals
permeate our existence. For the Maori, the spiral
represents opening ferns and the promise of new life and purity in the
world. It also
represents peace,
tranquility, spirituality and
new
beginnings. For me, they represent the constant unfolding and
evolutionary processes that our lives exemplify. They remind me
that the only constant in our universe is change.
Each Nadja Wheel is lovingly handcrafted using one or more colors of FIMO (a synthetic polymer clay) mixed by hand. Due to the hand mixing and sculpting process no two are alike. Please indicate your color preference and I'll do my best to match it. Satisfaction guranteed!
